Human physiology fascinates me! The fact that our bodies do such an amazing job trying to keep us healthy despite the way most of us feed it and treat it inspires me to want to fine tune this incredible machine by being mindful of what I eat and do on a daily basis.

That is the root of my interest in health and fitness. I’ve done research and have written* on several topics including:

  • Dr. Simeon’s hCG Protocol,
  • effects of vitamin and mineral deficiencies and appropriate dosages for optimal health,
  • ideal weight vs BMI charts, and
  • yoga for beginners and for weight loss.
